The Political, Sociological and Psychological Effect Of "The Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt"

As I reset my daily computer recording of "Black Wing Talk Radio" this morning I heard a caller say the words that motivated me to create this post:

"White People Have Always Been Killing Black People And They Have No Problem Doing It And They Are Going To Continue Doing It Until We Confront Them At Every Corner"

There is no question about it that one important component of "power relationships" both at the macro (national) and personal level murder has been used to advance one's own interests:

• Silencing the enemy so that the victor can have his own way with the Earthly proceeds
• Restoring the honor of the killer by making the victim pay for the disrespect that he rendered
• Producing one dead carcass to show the others what they face if they follow in their brother's footsteps

The "state" is obliged to insert itself between the will of man who would otherwise choose to let blood if they were allowed to have access to all of the possibilities for conflict resolution.  The  state's role is to make clear the consequences, to all parties, if they choose to execute the "ultimate act of conflict resolution":   murder.   

In the case of the United Nations, which is not a "state entity", though it some times strays into the function of a complicit operative, its official role is to serve as a forum through which various states can channel their systematic conflict resolution (and condemnation) activities.  The hope being that this maze will prevent or reduce the likelihood that the organized mass murder called "war" will not break out in the world.

The Making Of The Consciousness That Expresses Itself Through Street Piracy

While we are clear about the role of the state in establishing consequences to all violent acts, including murder, in the minds of all of its citizens with the hopes of repressing violence both the history of this nation and present day human dynamics ensures that this will never be a cut and dry process.

In the case of the Black American the criminal justice system has been used for punitive reasons.  Exiting slavery the prison labor system was used to profit off of the backs of those who were trapped in quasi-slavery as the government could not find its way to respect its own constitutional mandates because racial hatred and money were more powerful forces.

The Civil Rights Movement's primary goal was to have the government live up to its own Constitution and when that wasn't clear enough due to the onset of bigotry induced dyslexia then basic concepts of human rights which all could understand.  

The people in power at all rungs of government needed to start out with the commitment toward respecting the law prior to them receiving the authority to operate under the auspices of the government to compel the constituents to obey the law.  Some people were too "old school" to change and thus had to be purged out of office or the the cleansing agent called "death from old age" afforded a new set of thoughts to come to power.

When the official Civil Rights Movement became an active "voting for Black Community Salvation" movement a more deliberate attempt to place "favorable people" into power came to bear.  The Black community was to receive JUSTICE at the hands of people who had respect for the law and for Black people.  All of these people just happened to be associated with the appropriate political party and ideology.

At some point in time the Black Community achieved an unnoticed tipping point.   Whereas it could legitimately blame its aggregate condition on the presence of so many forces in power who were up to no good in relation to the interests of Black America - the voting struggle achieved the successful election of enough "favorable people in power" who now occupied the same seats that once were protested against.   

We must also make note of a fact that many purposely fail to mention:  even those who are popularly registered as "Enemies Of Black People" do not have all of the past options through which they "let it be known that they don't like Ninjas".    Sadly as Black people have become more "politically consciously integrated" - these forces no longer have to actually "lynch Black people" - it is sufficient enough for the corrupt propaganda sources that seek to influence Black opinion to make the case that if the Tea Party had LYNCHING OF BLACK PEOPLE as an option they surely would do so.   Shamefully these same confidence men voicing this claim are unable to make note of the vectors  for murder WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY that are far more efficient than is lynching.

The Street Pirate stands as the iconic figure that serves as the "constructive feedback" against the community from which he received his formative thoughts.  

There is no racial component of "street piracy".   A street pirate is merely a "would be pillar of his own community" that was instead allowed to foment a series of unhealthy thought due to the benign neglect of the responsible adults in his own community.  Today he now stands as the greatest threat to this community.

The "constructive feedback" that the street pirate presents to all who are watching him is that they should be watching THE COMMUNITY, noting how the adults within have become so involved in "bread and circuses" for their own pleasure that they have failed to execute one of the main tenants of God - mold this blessing that I have given to you to manage into the form that YOU WANT your future community to become.  

If we can find another more important reference (or indictment) for a collection of people who purport to be working in their own common interest than the reference of how their children are effectively sculpted to achieve this end - I'd like to see it.

How can a rational person demand that the greater society (through government) threat THEM with respect and equality (social justice) yet the adult people themselves are unable to pass this same grace downward into the young people that THEY were given command over and asked to sculpt them into balanced beings that will one day replenish the community?

The Conflict About "Street Pirate On Black Murder"

Within the thought group among a people that is constantly looking for others to show them RESPECT as EQUALS is found a great contradiction.   In their quest to show that little has changed in this "racist nation" they are seen SUPERIORIZING the insults, assaults and MURDER that has been transacted at the hands of their long time enemy while necessarily INFERIORIZING the same and more frequent instances that they suffer from their own.

When you hear an "Embedded Confidence Man" argue - "This is no big deal. ALL PEOPLE {fill in the blank} their own kind" - you should understand that this is said merely for pacification of those who are listening to him.

If we listen to his assessment of "the enemy" we hear that they are intrinsically evil.  Their economic lusts and need for racial supremacy make it so that they use the sword against others to maintain their POWER.   As such when this enemy acts it is done so with a SUPERIOR, ulterior motive - to retain the present order of things and thus this is a threat.

Unfortunately, the "Dark Matter Analysis" leaves the unspoken inference that "The Ninja Who Got Himself Kilt", who seems to show up every 1.5 days in nearly all "Mission Accomplished Cities" in America, was murdered without such a grandiose plot in mind and thus his unfortunate demise came as a result of a "Ninja Moment".   "Nothing to see keep moving along" would have been a more effective cover that should have been placed on the analysis of what happened.

The Black Racial Services Machine and the consciousness that it engenders seeks, above all, to PROTECT ITS ESTABLISHMENT POSITION in power over the Black Community.    

They fully understand the fact that with "authority" comes ACCOUNTABILITY/RESPONSIBILITY.   

The issue is that they have no intention what so ever to DEVELOP THE BLACK COMMUNITY and the necessary GOVERNANCE CULTURE OF EFFECTIVENESS that must accompany their struggle.

The honest truth is that since this machine has the confidence of the Black Rank & File (ie: they are POPULAR) it is also true that they don't need to take the extraordinary step of transparency - running several steps ahead of the rank & file and impose SELF-STRICTURES by which they bind themselves to "honorable tenants" THAT THE PEOPLE ARE NOT ASKING OF THEM.

Let's just be honest here - Regardless of their claims of being "Real Black" and "Down With The People" - why would any rational (self-serving) person bind themselves to something that they are not asked to do by a larger force that is regulating them?  Their words of CONFIDENCE have already caused the rank & file to entrust the family jewels to them.  Sadly some of those who are being stolen from can be heard saying "He has worked hard for us.  He DESERVES to steal a little bit now and then.  The WHITE FOLKS did the same thing when they were in power over us.  Why is stealing (from Black people) a problem now?

The process of "Establishment Power Repudiation" is the term that I coined after watching the scheme by which the previous "struggle goals" have been achieved - the elective offices are now in "favorable hands", YET there is a need to explain away the issue as to how the seat was achieved but the promised accessory benefit WITHIN THE STREETS OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY has not been delivered.

The truth is that the "win" for the Black Community is often ONLY the sight of a "Favorable Progressive In Power".   As Black people we are asked to live vicariously through this elected official's daily schedule.  I honestly do not know why someone has not created an iPhone and Android application allowing the "JingOists" to receive President Obama's daily Blackberry schedule on their own phones.   It can be none other than the security threats pointed out by the Secret Service that has prevented this would-be top selling app from going to market. 

When faced with the presence of a Black on Black Murder Rate that greatly exceeds our population proportion - those who seek to defend their entrenched power more than they care to fall on their sword and admit their failure at EFFECTIVELY engaging our people and effectuating a different result they are heard saying certain standard talking points as a defense mechanism. 

The Need For Organic Social Justice - Social Justice In The Inner Space

The classic song "There's A Hole In The Bucket" which documents the inter-dependent reasons why a husband has not fetched the water as his wife has asked him to.

This is the same consciousness that can be heard among those who have compelled the Black Community to invest our "Black Community Development Consciousness" into their ideological and political channel.  In as much as they were driven by compelling Black people to UNIFY so that our power as a voting block could be used for political purposes, resulting in favorable outcomes in our community, they are not about to make note of the wild success of the front end initiatives while they express a bit of independent thought to admit that the promised secondary benefits TO the Black community have not materialized.

Shamefully the cost of this disconnection is the continued "Misery Index" that our community is made to suffer from.

Less important than the purge of the "progressive ideology" is the importance of distinguishing the "Black Community's Cause" from any METHODOLOGICAL channel through which it is to be improved.
