I am committed to the notion of free speech.
I have no control over what particular factions of Black operatives put forth as the "main threats" to the Black community. Regardless of how incessantly they repeat this meme and get others to play along with them per their ideological and partisan interests to retain these talking points - the FACTS ON THE GROUND tell the real truth.

I have learned that the best way to counter these forces who play upon the fears and biases of Black people is to have clear in my own mind the issues that should be on this priority list and constantly evaluate these media operatives for their fidelity to this list.

For me it is quite clear that these sold out operatives don't have a list of priorities that look anything like that which the average Black person deals with on a daily basis. Indeed they may capture the popular sentiments of our people with their priorities but this should not be confused with the list of issues that materially plague our communities.

The bottom line is that those who are in power over our communities and those who seek to protect this establishment from shame or scrutiny have a vested interest in hijacking the focus for their own particular benefit.

They have failed to realize that it is the Street Pirate who DOESN'T GIVE A WHAT about their agenda. He is following no one's SCRIPT.

There has been various attempts to partner with these Street Pirates, having them to turn their stories of grief and societal abandonment into powerful stories for political exploitation by Progressives and indictment against the system that "made him that way"......leave it up to the Street Pirate to screw up. He does violent acts that not even those who try to provide cover for him can defend. Now this doesn't mean that they will come outright and attack the Street Pirate - leading an angry protest march against him. Most often this means that when the police force implements "aggressive policing" to stop the scourage of the Street Pirates against the community - the operatives won't stand in direct opposition to the move.

Instead they often WAIT. In due time a "Police vs Street Pirate" confrontation will occur. This allows these actorvists to step out of the shadows and defend the Street Pirate who suffered from police abuse as they apply "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice".

Many of you fail to see that beyond the indictment of the Police and the Street Pirates it is the ACTOR-VIST OPERATIVE who needs to receive the indictment. This group cherry picks its poisons to target. Without being held universally accountable they will continue to operate as if their hands are clean and they are nothing but "good" for the community.

I beg to differ. They are the common denominator in the MIS-leadership that is going on in front of our faces.

The thing that's unsaid and not addressed by the activist crowd is the idea that when your community is an armed camp, there are going to be innocents caught in the crossfire. When you have the police and the street pirates basically at war, there will be collateral damage just as it is in any war zone. Similarly, there's not much else that can go on in a war zone, so education, econonmic development and a host of other things we need to be doing are on hold.

I would love to see for once someone like Al Sharpton march against the violence that's occuring in urban areas across this nation, but the truth is that this is not what he's paid to do. He and the rest of the activists are paid to assign blame to everyone else and they'll never seek a solution to address real issues.

This sort of thing is issue number one on the Black Agenda, yet who have you heard that's even talking about it. We'll convene various groups of talking heads and this elephant is in the room unacknowledged and unaddressed.

I'm not suggesting that any of this will be easily resolved, but you can't even start if you don't acknowledge and own the damn problem.
