I have no idea as to the bias or motivation of this particular web site at this time.
Just as with my friend Field-Negro this site keeps a count of Homicides within key urban areas within the USA.
One has to believe, however, that the author is a bit infatuated with "Black criminals". At the same time THEY are the ones who entered themselves into the public record via their own actions. I won't attack a person who is simply aggregating the public record for everyone to see.
But I am keeping an eye on this and other sites to understand their ultimate motivations.
